Cookie Policy
Cookies are activity files that allow China City Restaurant to understand your activity as a user. Their purpose is to establish metrics on website usage and the most visited content, commonly known as “user experience.”
Types of Cookies
According to different classification criteria, cookies can be classified into the following types:
According to the cookie issuer:
First-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself (China City Restaurant, in this case) and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
Third-party cookies: These are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
According to the cookie lifecycle:
Session cookies: These are temporary cookies that remain in your browser’s cookie file until you leave the website, so none are stored on the user’s hard drive. The information obtained through these cookies is used to analyze website traffic patterns. Ultimately, this allows us to provide a better user experience by improving content and making it easier to use.
Persistent cookies: These are stored on your hard drive and are read by our website each time you visit. A persistent cookie has a specific expiration date. The cookie will stop working after that date. We generally use them to facilitate shopping and registration services.
According to their purpose:
Technical cookies: These cookies allow users to navigate a website, platform, or application and use its various options and services, such as controlling data traffic and communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering items in an order, completing the purchase process, registering for or participating in an event, using security features while browsing, storing content for video or audio playback, or sharing content through social networks.
Personalization cookies: These cookies allow users to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics based on criteria such as language, browser type, and regional settings.
Analytics cookies: These cookies allow the website owner to track and analyze user behavior on the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through these types of cookies is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms and to create browsing profiles of users of these sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data made by users of the service.
Advertising cookies: These cookies allow for the most effective management of advertising spaces that the publisher may have included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the content displayed or the frequency with which ads are shown.
Behavioral advertising cookies: These cookies allow for the most effective management of advertising spaces that the publisher may have included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information about user behavior obtained through continuous observation of browsing habits, allowing for the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on those habits. Similarly, when you visit a website or open an email containing an advertisement or promotion about our products or services, a cookie may be installed in your browser. This cookie helps us to show you advertising related to your previous searches and to monitor our advertisements, for example, by tracking the number of times they are viewed, where they appear, and at what time they are viewed.

China City Restaurant has absolutely no control over the activity of these social media platforms. However, we remind you that they all have their own privacy and cookie policies. If you wish, you can disable our own cookies. However, if you do so, some features may not function correctly or navigation may be more difficult. Therefore, we recommend that you keep them enabled and, only if you wish, delete them when leaving the Platform.
How to delete cookies after browsing our Platforms.
If you use Google Chrome, access the “Clear browsing data” option through the “History” menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can choose what information you want to delete, including cookies.
If you use Firefox, access the “Clear history” option through the “History” menu. A pop-up menu will appear where you can choose what information you want to delete, including cookies.

As you can see, the process is very similar in all browsers, so if you use a different browser, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding the cookie data deletion option. You can also configure your system to automatically delete all cookies when you close your browser.
How to disable cookies before browsing our websites. If, even after reading the above recommendation, you still want to disable cookies, you can prevent your computer or device from storing our cookies. Below, we explain how to do this:
If you use Google Chrome, go to the “Customize and control Google Chrome” menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the address bar), click the “Show advanced settings” link, and then click “Content settings.” You will see the available cookie options.
If you use Firefox, go to the “Tools” menu (usually in the menu bar, just above the address bar), click “Options,” and then click the “Privacy” tab. You will see the available options.
If you use Internet Explorer, go to the “Tools” menu (usually in the upper right corner, just to the right of the navigation tabs), click “Internet Options,” and then, in the pop-up menu, click the “Security” tab. You can choose one of the security levels preset by Microsoft or customize your own security level.
If you use the Android Chrome browser, access the “Settings” menu (usually in the upper right corner, next to the button to open a new tab), click on the “Security and privacy” option and, in the pop-up menu, you can choose to accept or reject cookies.
If you use any other browser or platform, the process is very similar. You can find more information in the help menus of each browser.
More information on how cookies work, their use, and how to manage them.
Additionally, your browser allows you to start a private browsing session so that your system doesn’t store unwanted information on your hard drive. You can even see all the cookies your browser stores on your hard drive and, if you wish, delete them one by one. For example, if your operating system is Windows 7 and you use Internet Explorer version 10, the cookies that this browser stores on your hard drive are usually located in the following path: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files. Finally, you should know that most browsers provide information on how to prevent the acceptance of new cookies, how to be notified when a new cookie is received, or how to disable cookies completely. If you want to learn more about how cookies work, we recommend consulting the “help” section in your browser’s toolbar (for example, pressing F1 on Windows computers will also access help). For more information about cookies, you can consult the “Guide on the Use of Cookies” published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
